Best skate park in the Fredericksburg area
Love the trails and the swings for the kids, don't really use the ball fields yet but I'm sure we will be as the kids get older. Proximity to the river is nice, trail will take you right down near the water.
Great baseball fields and playgrounds. They also have a skate park and volleyball pit.
If he decides to retire, the park visitors will really miss him.
Great playground for the kids, basketball court and skate park. Lots of trees for shaded picnics and a big open grassy area for playing in the sun. The baseball diamonds look pretty nice as well, from a distance anyway. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner/nicer in my opinion.
He treats Brooks Park like the rest of us treat our front yards. He took a few days off recently. I knew he was back before I saw him. There was no loose grass on the fields. Everything was clean under the trees; even low hanging branches were gone. The weather has been extremely hot, but Fred stays the same. He is always pleasant, friendly and busy keeping our park nice.
